This policy is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products, as soaps are subject to shelf life considerations and potential cross-contamination once opened.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via email at info@gemsthymelessremedies.net. We will be happy to exchange the damaged product for the same item or offer an equivalent replacement of equal value.

Please include photos of the damaged packaging and item in your email to assist with processing your request.
